MSJ Rewards
MSJ rewards is our way of giving back to our amazing loyal customers, like yourself, and to reward you for trusting us with your business, no matter where or when you buy!
Our rewards program is a point system that rewards you with points each and every time you purchase with us! And not only that, you can earn points for more than just purchasing. Below is an outline of all the ways to earn and keep scrolling to learn more about how to redeem and use those reward!
Ways to Earn
You can earn points for more than just purchases! You will receive birthday points, referral points and if you are a first time customer, by simply creating an account you can earn points!
Create MSJ Account (see below for account creation guide): 500 points = $5
Make a Purchase (see below for points breakdown): 2 points per $1 spent
Celebrate a Birthday (see below for birthday points): 5000 points = $50
Refer a Friend or Family Member (See below for more info): $30 off Coupon for everyone
Points Breakdown
Earn: 2 Points for every $1 spent (online or in-store)
Redeem: 100 Points = $1
The Rewards Hub is located on the bottom right hand side of your screen:
Create MSJ Account
If you are a new customer or a returning customer, and you have not signed up on our portal, you will need to take this step so you can track and use your points!
1a. Select "Join Now" if you have never logged into our customer portal
1b. Select "Sign In" if you have already created an account and have logged into our customer portal in the past
2. Once you are signed up or signed in, you are now good to start earning and using those points! And, you can view all of your orders right there in your customer portal!
3. New customers who signed up for our portal will be automatically awarded 500 points! These points can be viewed in the rewards app on the bottom right hand side of the website
Celebrate a Birthday
As a way to show our appreciation, every MSJ Rewards customer will be rewarded 5000 points on their birthday! Your 5000 point reward can be redeemed as a $50 gift card so you can get yourself the perfect birthday gift year after year!
1. To receive your birthday points, first make sure you are signed in or have created an account
2. Scroll down on the rewards hub and go to the Ways to Earn Section
3. Click on Edit Date next the Celebrate a Birthday.
4. Once you add the date in MM / DD format and click Save Date, you will receive an email on your birthday to let you know you have received points!
*Birthday points will be rewarded once a year on the customer’s birthday. Points are not issued immediately when the customer enters their birthday. If their birthday is within 30 days of account set up, points may not issue. Please contact online@marketsquarejewelers.com
Refer a Friend or Family Member
1. To start the referral process, first make sure you are signed in or have created an account
2. Scroll down to the Referral Section, copy the Referral URL, and share it via Facebook, Twitter, or Email to your referral
3. When your referral clicks on the URL, they will be brought to the MSJ Rewards hub where they will be prompted to insert their email address. When your referral enters their email address, they will receive a coupon code via email with their reward ($30 coupon code to use online).
4. From that email, your referral will be able to copy their coupon code and use it in an order!
5. When your referral makes a purchase using their referral reward, you will then get a $30 coupon to use online as well!
Referral coupons can only be used on the website at checkout and not on emailed draft orders
Ways to Redeem
ONLINE:
You can spend points under the Ways To Redeem section of your Rewards Hub. Here you will find the amount of points that are required to claim/get a reward/discount. Please make sure that you are logged in before redeeming your points.1. Once you have enough available points, Click on Ways to Redeem
2. Select Redeem next to the reward you would like to use
3. Click Apply Code for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout!
Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under Your Rewards. Only one reward is allowed per order.
Coupons can only be used on the website at checkout and not on emailed draft orders
Draft Order / Invoice (IG Customers):
**To apply points to an emailed invoice, your points must be redeemed in the form of a GIFT CARD
1. Follow Steps 1 & 2 outlined above and copy the redeemed rewards gift card code
2. Open your Draft Order
3. Proceed to checkout and on the Payment Page, paste the gift card code into the Gift Card box
Your invoice total will now be automatically adjusted and you can finalize the checkout process!
In-Store:
You need to be MSJ Reward members in order to be able to redeem points in-store. The store staff will manually apply your rewards at checkout so all you need to do is tell the staff member that you have rewards and would like to use them!

The MSJ Rewards program is only active for in-store orders, website orders, and draft orders. It is not integrated with any of our other seller platforms like Etsy or RubyLane. MSJ has the right to adjust customer accounts manually as needed. If MSJ suspects a customer is abusing the rewards program, their account will be canceled and their access will be denied.
