Our Policies


  • We offer sizing on most of our rings.
  • If the ring is an eternity band, has a continuous pattern, or if the ring has to change more than 3 sizes, please contact us so we can be sure sizing is possible.
  • Upon checkout, please make note of the size you need your ring to be, or contact us before ordering.
  • If you need your ring sized, please allow a total 5-7 days processing before shipmentPlease contact us first if you need the ring by a certain date, and we will work with you to meet your needs.
  • Any rings over $1,000, we size for free.  If the ring is under $1,000, please contact us and we're happy to quote you for the sizing, or we can invoice you after the purchase.
  • Sizing a ring down in size is typically $18 for items purchased through us.  Sizing up is $18 plus the cost of any additional materials.


  • Semi-mounts are made to order and take 2-3 weeks production time before shipment.
  • If you require your piece before a certain deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.


  • Most items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, with tracking, signature, and insurance included.  FedEx is available upon request and for an additional fee.
  • Please allow a processing time of 3-7 days for all regular, non-custom items.  Custom items (including sizing) have a 2-3 week processing time.
  • After processing, shipped items should take 1-3 business days to arrive.
  • If you require your piece before a certain deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive an item and decide it's not what you had in mind, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days.  The 10 day refund period begins the day you sign for the package.
  • All returned pieces must be in the same condition as was sent to you.  No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.
  • We also offer a 30 day store credit exchange policy for any item in the store.
  • Items purchased through our payment or layaway plans are eligible for store credit (exchange) returns only.  Refunds will not be given for items purchased through layaway.
  • Custom pieces are eligible for store credit (exchange) returns only.  Refunds will not be given for custom made or customized items.

Layaway Terms

  • Down payment must be made within 7 days of invoice date or LayBuy is canceled and item(s) are returned to inventory.
  • The length of a LayBuy plan cannot exceed 6 months.
  • Each LayBuy requires a 20% down payment.
  • LayBuy only supports automatic payments through PayPal
  • LayBuys can be paid off in full if requested (must contact via email).
  • Length of LayBuys are final and cannot be extended but can be paid off early.
  • Return/Cancelation: If LayBuy cancelation is requested within 10 days of invoice date, the payment(s) are eligible for full refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for plans that have been active over 10 days.
  • Store credits will be issued in the form of e-gift cards. These can be used to purchase a full-price item or can be applied as the final payment on another LayBuy.
  • No maximum number of LayBuys per customer.
  • We ask that you refrain from “Layaway Bouncing”. Layaway bouncing is when layaways are canceled excessively and money is being transferred between multiple plans/orders.

Our Guarantee

  • We proudly stand behind our pieces and work done by our jewelers. 
  • If for any reason there is an issue with your piece, or the work that has been done, we will happily work with you to resolve and correct the issue.
  • We do not guarantee work performed by other jewelers.
