A Few of Our Favorite Things in Cambridge

The MSJ Cambridge Team shares some of their favorite pieces in store! Get to know their eclectic taste, and learn more in-depth about the jewelry:

    Manager Karin's Favorites

Karin has an incredibly varied taste, enjoying everything from chunky gold and gemstones to simple and dainty diamonds. She loves a Victorian diamond ring, a classic diamond pendant on a simple chain, and an emerald statement ring.

Victorian 14k Floral Belcher Set Diamond Ring - L9Y87YL

This one-of-a-kind diamond ring shows a creative twist on a classic Victorian setting. Flanking the center stone are intricate floral scrollwork details, with etchings and cutouts to allow light to move through the band and into the stone. The scrollwork details continue into the prongs, which rise from the band in a belcher-style setting to hold the center diamond. The diamond is an incredible old mine cut stone, a unique cut to complement a truly unique mounting.

14k Simple Solitaire Diamond Pendant and 14k Infinity Chain - A49040/A42223

The perfect addition to any jewelry collection, this diamond pendant and chain set is a classic and timeless look. It features a round brilliant cut diamond in a 14k yellow gold four-prong setting, held aloft on a bunny ear bail. The pendant pairs well with a twisting 14k yellow gold infinity chain, adding an interesting texture to an otherwise simple piece.

14k Bold Emerald and Diamond Halo Statement Ring - A34344

A striking, bold statement, this incredible emerald and diamond ring calls to mind the chunky gold aesthetic of the Retro era with a modern edge. The center stone shows a brilliant, vibrant green color, contrasted nicely against the bright yellow gold of the band. Separating the emerald from the rest of the setting is a sparkling halo of white diamonds.

    Cecelia's Favorites

Cecelia is partial towards Victorian styles and unique stones. She chose an Art Deco pearl ring, a Victorian pendant and chain, and a Victorian garnet ring.

F&F Felger Early Art Deco 14k Pearl and Diamond Ring - A60829

This simply gorgeous ring is a perfect example of the incredible work of F&F Felger in the early 20th century. Known for their use of high-quality materials and exemplary craftsmanship, F&F Felger Inc. became a staple of the industry in the first half of the 20th century and even became suppliers to some of the world’s most legendary designers, including Cartier and Tiffany. This particular piece gives a unique glance into the changing styles of the late 1910s into the ‘20s, blending Edwardian influences into an Art Deco style.

Victorian 10k Pearl and Diamond Starburst Pin/Pendant and 14k Watch Chain - A69100/A71599

This amazing Victorian set is an absolute showstopper when worn together. It features a true Victorian starburst centerpiece, hailing from around the 1880s, which can be worn either as a pin or a pendant and is decorated by graduated seed pearls and hand-cut old mine cut diamonds. It is matched with an intricate alternating link watch chain, elevating and complementing the centerpiece without distracting from either of their individual beauty.

    Victorian 10k Rhodolite Garnet Ring - A78142

This breathtaking garnet ring truly shows the elegance and beauty of the Victorian era. It boasts a vibrant and lively oval cut rhodolite in an intricate 10k yellow gold coronet setting, securely holding the stone and mimicking the appearance of a miniature crown. The shoulders are decorated with detailed engravings, accentuating the beauty of the stone and lending an amazing antique look to the piece overall.

    Morgan's Favorites

Morgan loves gold and two-tone jewelry, retro and mid-century styles, and dainty, timeless pieces with a unique twist. Her picks are a watch chain bracelet, a purple sapphire necklace, and diamond cluster earrings.

Edwardian 14k Two Tone Rope Link Watch Chain Bracelet - A34495

This bracelet is a simple yet eye-catching piece of Edwardian history, exhibiting the two-tone construction that defined the era. The links, which were converted from a men’s watch chain, show the simple, decorated appeal of the time’s men’s jewelry with alternating elongated rope links in yellow and white gold. Its delicate outline and mixed metal appearance mean that this wonderful bracelet would easily fit in with any bracelet stack or stand alone as the perfect everyday bracelet.

14k Purple Sapphire and Diamond Halo Necklace - A56643

Lying beautifully on a fine gold rope chain, this stunning purple sapphire and diamond necklace would be the perfect addition to any outfit. Whether worn on its own or layered with other chains and pendants, the warm, inviting tones of the stunning center stone is sure to steal the spotlight. The purple sapphire is set in a milgrained yellow gold halo accented with four sparkling diamonds, which draws the eye towards the centerpiece without overwhelming the stone

14k Diamond Cluster Marquise Stud Earrings - A52605

These elegant studs would add the perfect subtle flair to any style, framing the face with a bit of sparkle. They feature a striking cluster of diamonds, with each one securely set into the elongated marquise frame. The simple look of this amazing pair would lend itself to any look, whether dressed up for a formal event or complementing an everyday stack.
